I have used this in conjunction with anise seeds to control my mares respiratory issues and gassy gut. She suffered from ventipulmin controlled RAO as a result of stable management issues at the last yard she was in, and I found that she also seemed to 'blow' when she was worked with a gassy gut - presumably due to diaphragm pressure. Since moving her and taking over her care myself, she shows no sign of either condition. She has 1 scoop of each daily and is a much happier and comfortable girlie. Would recommend wholeheartedly!
